What "EU-hosted" actually means here

PermitCore's production infrastructure — application servers, database, and cache — runs in Falkenstein, Germany. That's a specific, verifiable fact, not a marketing abstraction. It matters if your own customers, or your own compliance requirements, care about where the system that issues and validates your license keys physically runs.

Precise, not certified: PermitCore is designed to support GDPR obligations — EU hosting, data export, deletion workflows, and a real Data Processing Agreement. That is a deliberately different claim from "GDPR certified," which is a specific third-party certification mechanism PermitCore has not obtained. GDPR itself applies to any company serving EU users, regardless of where that company is based — this isn't an EU-exclusive consideration either way.
